Rio Theatre Tours

One of my favorite places to stay when I visit the city. Close to USF and Golden Gate Park. Not a full service hotel, just a great clean comfortable room in a neighborhood setting.

Wonderful staff, superior rooms and a perfect location in the city

Please avoid this hotel. It is the worst hotel I had ever been. So dirty with bed bugs. Mattress and pillows are not comfortable. There is only two thin sheets one to cover the mattress and the other is so smelly as if it was never washed. You can tell how dirty it is as soon as you enter seeing the dirty carpet and the terrible smell. I tried to find a hotel in SF after a work trip and this hotel was the only one I found. The noise from the street is unbearable. Homeless fighting, theatre staff moving stuff until early morning. I don’t think this hotel should be in Expedia.
