“Room is clean & tidy, There is train, bus and tram station nearby. Near residential area hence the surrounding shops are closed quite early. Not much choice for dinner. Have daily cleaning service and lift. Air-conditioning is too cold.”

“Unfortunately the room we were in was out of power so the amazing staff booked us the same room in their sister property which was a five minute walk. The receptionist offered to walk us there herself which was sweet but we declined. We had a nice stay at Pam’s. Thank you again. “no elevator, think twice before booking, the bed is not comfort”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.”

“Friendly staff, cozy room”

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……
