Great hotel and close to the airport

After spending three nights near downtown Atlanta, I booked my last night here to be closer to the airport for my flight the next day. I walked in and saw my name on a small chalkboard at the front desk... "Guest of the Day". I was able to check-in early and received a welcome gift bag. It was totally by random selection they said. I was blown away. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and had a nice dinner at the Burger Place. Thank you!

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and updated. Excellent breakfast every morning. Very quiet despite being close to the airport. Overall just a really good experience!

I have stayed in this hotel more than once. It is a convenient location for those flying or picking someone from the airport. They don't serve free breakfast. Instead, you pay for breakfast (it has a menu). Parking is free (at least for me - frequent Hotel.com user).

The rooms were clean. I travel with lysol, bleach wipes, and alcohol. So, I know when the room is dirty. I wipe down everything in the room and spray. The refrigerator was clean, even under the refrigerator. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and clean. All the lamps worked. The breakfast was the regular hotel breakfast, but the presentation and cleanliness was top notch. Staff was helpful and nice. I would stay here again.

They serve breakfast and dinner, it was such a convenience with having two small children. We visited Atlanta to do the aquarium/zoo/museum, and stayed three nights. The indoor pool is not heated, but it was comfortable enough to swim in. Pool towels fully stocked. The hotel is right beside the airport, so if your room is situated just right, you can see the planes landing and taking off. The area is safe, no issues there. Short drive to all the attractions. We stayed for one night as we traveled through Georgia for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We slept well in our very clean room and comfortable bed. The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. The lady who served the buffet breakfast was adorable and so very sweet and caring. She just made our morning wonderful with her attitude and constant checking on the buffet and how to help her guests find what they needed. We will stay again the next time we need a room for the night.

Before making a decision to stay here, I read some disturbing negative reviews. There were also many positive ones. I don’t know how this property could rate anything below 5 stars.
