Mountain Meadows was an extraordinary place to stay. We arrived quite late however the check-in process was seamless and we were able to get our room key simply by making a phone call. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We had six people stay and even the sofa couch pull out was comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully stocked it even had things like a colander and an egg whisk so we did not need anything. Both bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The Wi-Fi was fantastic, we were able to connect quickly and the speeds were good. The beds were clean and comfortable and every room had a ceiling fan. The only thing that I would recommend improving on was the TV size in the bedrooms, as it was small. But overall this was an extremely wonderful place to stay at an affordable price. For the time we stayed there it really felt like our home away from home. There is a small patio area with a picnic bench and a outdoor grill. There was even a small balcony that you could sit on that faced the woods which was nice and relaxing. Everything we needed was within a few miles, shopping centers, groceries,attractions, restaurants, and events. The road to the site was an easy drive. I couldn't think of a more perfect place to stay if you're a family traveling with children. We will certainly be back to mountain Meadows in the future, it really is a wonderful place to stay.

Clean room, out dated property. Pool was closed in the beginning of September. Very nice front desk employees

Staff was very friendly! Great location, near lots of things in pigeon forge. Parking at the hotel did fill up later into the evening but we were also there on Labor Day weekend. Room was clean and AC worked very well!
