Stayed here for two nights. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed in the back building on the far left. Overall, it was a decent stay. The building did seem old, and needed a little upkeep. Rooms are dated, but clean. We would stay here again, but maybe request a different room.

The rooms are very big and has a beautiful view. Lots of great amenities and very friendly staff. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The only down fall was that we weren’t there 10 minutes and my daughter & I got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Thank u Gatlinburg Firefighters coming to our rescue. We really did wish that they had security or someone in the office after 5:00pm. Accidents do happen but took a little bit to get ahold of someone when we got stuck so had to call 911.
