This place was great. Great staff, clean quiet rooms, loved the location, delicious breakfast. The only drawback was having to drive back across the river to the office for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at The Oliver! Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect location for us to visit our Vol at University of Tennessee and enjoy dinner and drinks around Market Square, Old City and Gay Street. We walked everywhere! My only complaint is that the stairs leading to the rooms were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. But…We would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. It was a very family and pet friendly hotel. We took our yorkie and they have a fenced in area to take them to the bathroom.
