"Everything good"

Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"The kickback food was better than I’ve ever had at any other Drury and the addition of a kitchen/bar that serves food at timesother than kickback hours was priceless. Everything was clean, new, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The dining staff was extra friendly and amazing. We are planning our next stay here."

"I had an excellent experience from start to finish! The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which always makes a stay that much better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The property offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Whether you’re traveling solo, visiting Nashville as a couple, enjoying a weekend getaway, or in town for business, this is an excellent choice. It’s equally well-suited for leisure travelers and corporate stays. Overall, a great experience and a property I would absolutely recommend. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!"

10/10 Excellent

"I have to say this was a lovely place to stay, the room was spacious, very clean, with fridge, ironing facilities, air con. Lovely confortable bed, bathroom was large with wonderful shower. Sadly no kettle, but it had a full oven with hob which we used to boil water for tea and security felt good. Kitchen was small but catered well for every need and had a good size fridge with freeze, and there was free parking. The location is not the best, it's by a train line with not much else, some other accommodation but not well lit. We did walk to the Honky Tonk Highway (about 40mins - through what looked like an unused industrial area) but returning late at night we used an Uber, which wasn't cheap! But that's not the responsibility of the hotel. The check in was horrendous! Possibly the worst experience of checking in I think I've ever had with a hotel. Sadly, there is not an actual person on-site, and so I assume they have to be very careful when allowing people into the premises. Unfortunately, as lovely as this place was, I wouldn't book again due to the check in process, for me just too stressful."
