The staff made severalistakes when checking us into our room, resulting iny family being locked out of our room twice. One time at around 11pm. The person that checked me in, marked me as a no show and then somehow checked me into a room without checking me in. No card on file, and indicated in the system that I was in a different room than the one he put us in. Then late that next night we were locked out and had to wait at the front desk for 30+ mins while he redid our move in. I was charged for one night at this time. The employee complained about the person that checked me in being incompetent, but it was literally him that checked me in. Next day we came back to the hotel around 1pm to find we were locked out a second time. The women at the counter explained that they had to redo the contract because it had been messed up a second time. She reversed the one night charge and put it through for the whole 3 nights. So I am waiting for a hundred bucks to be returned to my account. A total freaking mess, adding stress and annoyance to our weekend.
In addition to the employees being unable to do the task of checking us in properly, the room was not clean by any means. The floor was not vacuumed. The carpet was pulled away from the corners of the walls, there was soap on the back of the bathroom door, the room door didn't close unless you pushed it hard. The TV didn't work the entirety of the stay, and the beds were most definitely not queen sized as advertised. disappointing
