We had a 2 night stay, the key was being close to Mayo Clinic. This is an older building, and some of the security doors didn’t latch properly - and some were frequently propped open. The mattress was one of the hardest I’ve ever laid upon, and the blankets were very coarse, almost like Carhartt’s material. They smelled very faintly of cigarette smoke. We had trouble getting on the WiFi, the owner sent us the wrong credentials. He also sent the wrong checkout instructions, so he is obviously juggling multiple properties. Overall, it was “fine”, but will probably stay somewhere else next time.
