“This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience.”

“The location was what we expected, however, the grounds were all torn up and the Geothermal ac system broke down halfway thru our stay. The owner was gracious in issueing a partial discount for the days affected. Overall I can only give an okey rating due to these factors.”
