“We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. “This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. ”

The place had everything we could’ve needed, plus some nice extras like wine and snacks. The location was great too — perfect for hanging out with friends. “My son wanted to try surfing again for his big 16th birthday and I'm so glad we found this place. It was perfect and cozy for the 2 boys, myself, and their uncle. And it was dog friendly so the whole family celebrated! The cottage was beautiful! All the small details were thought of (make up remover, lotion and travel size shampoo, a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets). The location was phenomenal! A short few blocks walk to downtown area, a block from the beach, delicious food right across...

“This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.”

“Property was very clean. Nice appliances. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. Hosts were responsive. Gave 4 stars because the only real drawback was the neighborhood which I know the hosts can’t control. It was convenient place to stay between Space Coast Softball Complex and Merrrit Island. If the neighborhood was a little better would have given 5 stars. ”
