Modern accommodation in the heart of Rome

The checkin was very accommodating for our early arrival in Rome. was fast and easy. The room is modern. great location between piazza spagna and popolo. Nice to have the elevator. Was quiet at night despite being in the center.

Me gustó la ubicación. No me gustó el servicio de limpieza, nos dejaron las toallas húmedas, y muy mala actitud de la persona de limpieza que estuvo de sábado a martes. Las fotos que ponen de la propiedad confunden porque pareciera que tiene cocina y lavadora y no es así.

Personligt hotell

Mysigt och familjärt hotell åt det "privatare" håller. Stod inte i beskrivningen att man behöver ringa när man står utanför. Porten är låst så man släpps in på distans när man ringt receptionen. Centralt mitt i Rom. Väldigt fräscht! Gott om plats för 4 vuxna i ett rum.

Charming on one of Rome’s best streets

The location could not be beat, just a short walk to the Spagna (Spanish steps) metro station, so super easy to get to via train or plane. The unit (we stayed in Monica) was simple, very functional and stylish. There is a (very) small lift which made carting our baggage incredibly easy. It’s a an older building so their are definitely some quirks, but it’s beautifully maintained, charming and had all the things we needed for our stay. Host answered all our questions quickly and helpfully. Would absolutely stay again.

Good location / Poor cleanliness - September 2023

We stayed 3 nights at this stay. It is not a hotel its more like an Airbnb. Pros- Good location to Spanish steps. Nearby train station and taxi services. Easy check in. Wifi works well. Cons: poor cleanliness. Stains on head board. The bathroom shower has mold which contributes to mold smell. The toilet bowl is stained and flush panel comes off when you push it. Furniture is worn. Unaware that someone would come in to make bed and change towels every day.

Caro e velho, mas bem localizado.

O local é um apartamento bem localizado. Mas o prédio é bem antigo. As instalações internas do apartamento são boas. Mas a estrutura é de um prédio bem antigo. Não tem portaria, porteiro, nada. Talvez por ser um prédio bem antigo, tivemos queda de energia no segundo dia de hospedagem. Acordamos sem luz. Comunicamos ao proprietário/gestor e o conserto foi providenciado em algumas horas. Mas ao chegar no final do dia ao apartamento, não tinha água quente para tomar banho. Em contato com o proprietário/gestor foi orientado mexer na caixa de luz, ligar e desligar disjuntores, mas nada resolveu o problema. Em determinado momento o proprietário/gestor parou de responder nossas perguntas. Resultado? Ficamos sem banho quente. Tivemos que encher copos com água esquentada no fogão para nos limpar. Foi uma situação muitooooo estressante, ainda mais acompanhada com duas crianças.

The location was good, however the overall service was not great and the comfort of the room wasn’t great. It was difficult to shower due to the shower heads and the bed was hard. We also requested a airport transfer which was confirmed in writing and on the day they said they didn’t have anything booked in. Overall an okay stay but not amazing.

Honeymoon

The location was great. High end shopping area and can walk to a lot of the sites. The description of the apartment made it seem more luxury and it was not. Bedding was ok, very hard firm mattress, floor was filthy and hair on the chair. The shower has a cloth curtain and leaked all over the floor cause it doesn’t keep the water in the small shower. Also, the coffee station is in the hallway.

No es hotel

La ubicación es buenísima, la única contra, es que no es un hotel, no hay una recepción 24hs, yo avise a que hora llegaba y me recibió la sra de limpieza, que ni siquiera le habian avisado de nuestra llegada, rápidamente preparó todo y al rato llego el administrador a cobrar lo que faltaba, el impuesto de la ciudad. No los vimos más. Ni siquiera para el check out. Yo quería hotel y reservé hotel, no estuvo mal, pero esperaba otra cosa. El ascensor súper pequeño, apenas entramos 2 personas y desde el 2do día estaba a oscuras. Poco probable que volvamos.

Not really a “hotel”- more of a managed apartment

At first, this “hotel” was amazing! Great location & great price! The assistant that checked us in (Elena) was SUPERB!!! She allowed us to check in a few hours early and gave us all the important info we needed on a map of the city. She was fantastic!!! However, she did mention that the management had recently changed & she wouldn’t be working there much longer. Also, she mentioned the hot water not working & they were fixing it. We went exploring for the day & came back to take a shower after a full day. The hot water was still not working! I called the number provided & they told me that maybe it will be fixed in the morning. We could not take a shower until it was fixed, which was the following evening. Other than the hot water, this was a nice room... it is a managed “apartment” with a living area, mini-fridge, bedroom & full bathroom. The wifi is spotty (we had to ask 2 times for a different ID & password).
