The hotel is nicely modern with an ups ale flair the staff is amazing At first was not happy with my room Tip if you get the Juliet balcony ask for six floor the room is Mich better and so is the view Rooftop restaurant very nice Perfect location

We stay at the Sofitel often. This trip we noted new staff who likely need to lean how to accomodate guest. I noticed on this trip the AC would get lowered at night even if you have it on the lowest possible setting, this is a new change that I did not appreciate, considering the temperature was about 100 degrees F/39 C. The hotel is in a great location to tour and walk around Rome. The hotel is clean.
