Room was a bit small but fine for our stay in Rome. The bed was comfortable and A/C unit worked well so room was cold at night. Didn’t spend very long here so can’t comment on amenities but seemed like a good deal
The location was excellent, close to the train station and to where the hop on hop off buses stop. It was easy to get around and close to shopping and food. Staff were friendly; we had to check in at a local hotel and a staff member escorted us to another building. It was safe and managed, when we had issues with our bathtub the staff came within 20 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The decor was a little dated and not to my taste but the room was clean and did the job. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a great hotel, I’m not sure how you could need much more when in Italy. It’s quaint compared to a typical American hotel room but still plenty of space and VERY clean! Everyone working there was very accommodating, patient and kind! Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hair dryer. Very European and the cutest little elevator!
Very close to Roma Termini, which makes it a wonderful base for visiting Rome and even day trips outside of Rome.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Enjoyed my stay at opera suite, the only minor thing i coupd complabout is the room was incredibly small, but the sheets were clean and there was running water which was all i cared about. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were nice.
This was a great short stay and exactly what we needed! Bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. The location is super central, close to the train station and all the main monuments.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at the restaurant was good and the staff friendly.
Room was in a great location for us as it allowed us to walk to and from the train station. The pictures make the room look more recently renovated but it was not. It was clean, but a bit worn down.
Cleaning staff were never there in the mornings when we were out. They always came after 2:00 pm when we were there trying to escape the heatwave so they never came into the room. They passed us towels and emptied the garbage can from the hallway.
The staff member at the front desk at the Hotel Sonya was very accommodating and helpful.
