The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

"Buse at the front desk was just exceptional! She handled some minor issues with such speed and efficiency, she is truly an asset to this company. The daily breakfast is outstanding in quality, service and variety. The pool is truly an added bonus being warm , large and having a hot tub. Even though I was not able to use the gym area it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at The Leonardo not only for its appeal but for the ease of walk ability to anything you may need or want. Also main train station about 10 min walk."

The air conditioning is apparently 'centrally controlled' and just did not blow cool air at all."
