The 'Porticciolo' is a practical 3-room apartment that spans two levels on the 1st floor. The upper floor features a living/dining room with a dining table and TV, along with an open kitchen equipped with a toaster, kettle, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates. There is also a shower/WC located on this floor.

The 2nd upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and features two rooms with sloping ceilings. The first room boasts a double bed measuring 160 cm and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. The second room has two beds measuring 80 cm and air conditioning, along with a separate WC. Forced-air heating is available in some rooms but not all.

The terrace measures 40 m2 and is partly roofed, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. Other amenities include a washing machine and iron, along with free WiFi. It's important to note that this apartment is not suitable for small children, but one pet/dog is allowed. The Porticciolo also features a private entrance for added privacy.
