Mercedes was available on Wattsap to help and answer any questions. The whole building was extremely secure with two locked gateways to pass through. What we didn't expect, though, were the unpleasant smells coming from the kitchen, the noise from the street, and how dirty the apartment was (e.g., kitchen, sofa). There were a few ants running around and even a cockroach... Overall, the value for money was poor."
