Wir haben eine Executice Suite gebucht. Wohnzimmer und bad war eiskalt. Schlafzimmer war warm. Warmes wasser nicht immer. Wir waren bei viele Hiltons des war vielleicht ein bisschen nicht so gut. Und da Executive lounge war ein Witz. Kalt ungepflegt und konntest nur paar softdrinks haben. Bei alle executive lounges wo wir waren war immer genug für alle Bedürfnisse da. Personal sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Prices where higher comparing to April and the Breakfast was not the same. The underground parking is very small and half of the places are reserved by the rental car company then to mention that is not an elevator from the parking to the lobby but need to walk and take some wood provisory stairs....

More expensive than April and the breakfast not the same also the area was tinnier. The underground parking don't have so many places as half of it is used by the rental car company. 早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.
