“I finished the Mac Race at 3 am Monday, bought a room for Monday night and the night auditor let me check into another room for a few hrs. so I could get some sleep. Morning manager charged me an hourly rate which I was fine with and everyone was super helpful, polite and professional. Both rooms were clean, bigger than I thought and I loved the all-access balcony on each floor. Will def. consider staying here again.”

“The grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, for a five star hotel I expected the shower in our room to be larger than a shower in an RV. Also, we had to request that the vent in the bathroom be cleaned bc there was a quarter inch of dust and mildew on the vent. We also had to call and request that our room be cleaned and to get clean linens. Even though the hotel had rooms available perhaps due to the blanket of smoke, we were charged twice the amount for two days as if there……
