“The hotel grounds were beautiful but the room was small I thought for the price. I didn’t like that you have to call and request maid service the night before if you want it. “Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights on a vacation to Mackinac Island, it was so nice!! The room we stayed in was just renovated. Loved the hot tub! The room and bathroom were very nice and clean.. and in all honesty - nicer than my own bathroom. Staff was helpful. Provided wood and firestarter for the firepits outside! perfect view of the water as well. Def would come again.”

“The Staff at the front desk was very rude and was not willing to help us switch to another room when there was plenty of rooms available. The breakfast in the morning was an absolute joke. We had to ask them to empty the trash because it was overflowing. They got an attitude about that, plus the food was handled without gloves by the staff after emptying the trash. I asked a few others staying at the same Hotel if they were unhappy with their stay and they also said yes! I will NEVER stay at……
