Vacation Villas in the Berkshires was a tremendous property. The facility was spectacular, the rooms clean, great and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had the best time and I can't wait to go back.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The staff were really helpful And friendly. Although the decor is a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. There a big kitchen (for a hotel), dining table, sitting room, separate bedroom And a big bathroom. The property also had a large sitting room off the lobby with couches, tables and chairs and a tv. They had movies showing there at night and movies you could borrow for your room. There were walking trails and andarandak chairs all over the property to sit and relax outside. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close to many popular hiking spots in the area we had a lot of fun.

This property has amazing views, gardens and a on site restaurant/bar they will not disappoint.

Such a great spot for families/kids. Will def be back.
