Very clean room and bathroom! Comfortable bed. Air Conditioning works great and the shower was great!! Very quiet also.

Staff was pleasant and accomodating, pool was clean and well maintained, and breakfast options were great!

The staff were wonderful! Carli at the front desk was so sweet and went above and beyond! It was fully booked however it still did not seem too crowded at the pool. The outdoor pool is great love that it is salt water. It does open one hour after the indoor pool and close an hour before the indoor pool. But it's great that you have both options. There are plenty of towels provided at the pool for you. It was great having a kitchen to cook breakfast in good variety of supplies. Also really enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The deck with a scenic view off the bedroom was peaceful and beautiful. Great size for our family with two kids the kids slept in the living room and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. There is a movie theater that plays movies at 1pm and 7 pm. DVDs you can check out from the front desk. Activities you can participate in. A coffee bar every morning from 6am to 11 am. Wonderful amenities in a beautiful mountain retreat! The bear by towns have plenty of great places to eat, as well as a pizza place that has much more then pizza that actually delivers all the way up there from Pittsfield.

The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather! The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc. As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well maintained.

Stayed two nights. Killed 2 milipedes, 1 centipede, some kind of bug that might have been a silverfish, and a bee in the bedroom/room without ever having opened a window. We stayed over a very busy 250th July 4th weekend so I didn't bother making a complaint because I'm sure if there was another room available it would not be any better, otherwise they would have put us there to begin with. They list the hotel as a resort so you pay an extra fee each night, but you gather the trash from the room and load the dishwasher before leaving. Amenities are a pool and fitness room like every hotel out there. Not sure what makes this place a resort, but we'll stay elsewhere in the future. Foundation is cracking everywhere in the room, mold by the shower, outdated AC unit. Outdated in general; nowhere to plug in a USB A charging cord, you have to bring your outlet adapter or go buy one at Walmart. During check out we weren't asked "how was your stay" which all hotel staff always asks, and there was no "report card" to fill out so they are probably tired of hearing about their rundown "resort".
