“beautiful small room! extremely kind staff. my plane was earlier than check-in, but they held my bags for me until the room was ready. I overslept and missed check-out by an hour and they were extremely forgiving! can't attest to the breakfast but the bed, pillows, robe, shower pressure, and all other amenities were amazing! there's no telephone, so be prepared to be completely unbothered. air conditioning was easy to control.”

“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). There was a mini fridge that doubled as a bedside table which felt warm in the evening. The wall light above the headboard was also oddly located. The bathroom had……

“Schönes Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage! Service war nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau z.B. keine Hilfe beim Gepäck nach Check-in, Zimmerreinigung durchschnittlich/unvollständig, Servicepersonal beim Frühstück reserviert. Gut war die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets und der Service an der Bar abends.”

“Für unseren Kurztrip nach Stockholm war die Unterkunft genau richtig. Das Zimmer mit Fenster war nett eingerichtet und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Die Hotelparkplätze sind zwar begrenzt, in den umliegenden Straßen gibt es aber ausreichend kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und auch zu Fuß bei einem längeren Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip.”
