Individuals such as Mary Jane, Kevin Fatima from security, Zainab, Saiful from housekeeping, Tufajjul Hussain from Lamar Cafe, Imran Adil from concierge, and Jabed Hafaz, the chef in the breakfast restaurant, all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The high standard of room cleaning maintained by Saiful Islam was particularly noteworthy, as was the exceptional service provided by Tufajjul Hussain, who consistently greeted us with a smile and prepared delicious hot chocolates. Imran Adil's assistance with our late checkout and his overall excellent service were also greatly appreciated. Chef Jabed Hafaz's culinary skills, particularly his delicious omelettes and perfectly cooked eggs, further enhanced our dining experience.
