The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes prepared to a high standard. One of the highlights for me was the incredible selection of whiskeys – a real treat to enjoy while unwinding in the evening. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-notch hospitality. The room was really cold and very small, the radiator didn’t turn up. The TV in the room wasn’t set up the staff didn’t know how to do it. Luckily we did but you had to do it each time you turned it on. It was handy for Ben Nevis. The train station is a short walk and takes you into the city. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable and clean. The food (dinner and breakfast) were both amazing.
