Lovely breakfast - freshly made and presented. Only downside of the stay was that the bathroom door wouldn't shut - a bit tricky when you're sharing a room with a male friend.

This place was a nice retreat from the city. The train station is a short walk and takes you into the city. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable and clean. The food (dinner and breakfast) were both amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

A Truly Wonderful Stay ā€“ Peaceful, Welcoming, and Delicious My wife and I had an amazing experience staying at The Stronlossit Inn. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful ā€“ perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes prepared to a high standard. One of the highlights for me was the incredible selection of whiskeys ā€“ a real treat to enjoy while unwinding in the evening. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-notch hospitality. Iā€™m already looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed here as a group and used it as a base for walking Ben Nevis which is about a 15 minute drive away- the rooms were spotless and the amenities were perfect for us. The food was very good and the staff were really nice and helpful

Good budget hotel in the Highlands

Hotel room is newly re-furbed and comfortable. The service and food is excellent. Great overnight in Roy Bridge, lots of interesting woodland walks.

Old property, not in good shape

The room and hallway outside of it smelled awful, some sort of mold combined with cleaning products. The room was dark and overly warm as well, even with the window open. The bed wasn't very comfortable.Staff was friendly though.

The husband and wife staff were great. We only stayed 1 night. We would recommend this inn to anyone needing lodging on their way to Ft. William.

Solid for the highlands

The couple who run this hotel are very friendly and clearly work hard. The overall staffing level feels very light, the food was disappointing and the dining room lacks any atmosphere. Overall clean and comfortable. Certainly not the worst hotel around but do manage your expectations.

Beautiful scenery around area. No personality when booking in to hotel, no friendly welcome. Hotel understaffed and we kept being told, we are very busy tonight. we had booked a table for dinner and people arrived who were not booked in, they were served dinner before us and we had to wait over an hour for fish and chips. the meal would probably have been ok if it had been served when cooked but had obviously been standing for ages before being served. Very disappointing.
