Well located and rooms are exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. Believe me, this is highly appreciated in this region.
Food is OK but really slow (1 hour for a sandwich at the restaurant and 1.5 hours for room service).
Laundry us fast and inexpensive.
I asked for the food discount offered by Expedia and they said they are not applying it. No more explanations were provided.
They were out of Coke Zero the entire time.
They packed the wrong lunch for our day trip and delivered it late (we requested a specific time the night before).
I do recommend this hotel but staff needs to pay more attention to customer service.

I can’t wait to come back! Absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing, especially Chantel. The accommodations were wonderful, the outdoor hot shower, the views from the room, how spacious it was! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation from Expedia and they provided me a room. I like the bed, but I wanted "hot" shower after a long drive.
