“Hallways were dirty, bags of trash and empty boxes in halls and stairwells. No ice, drink, or snack machines. No creamer, sugar, utensils for coffee in room. Coffee in lobby during breakfast was awful. Outdoor pool was closed(it was too cold to swim anyway), and I didn't see the exercise room that is advertised. I was also charged a $100 deposit when I checked in, even though I paid in full before arrival. I booked through Expedia and there was no mention of a deposit. When checking out, I had……
