“Nettes Personal, schönes Frühstücksbuffet”

“The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. We were meeting my Italian relatives for the first time, and most meals were at their homes, so we did not have the chance to eat at Atilier. Next time! We are already……

The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment……

Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. “I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat……
