A nice hotel, but the check in was terrible. There was only one desk clerk on duty, and she spent at least 40 minutes trying to help one couple. The rest of us (15-20 people) had to wait in line for our rooms. (10:30 pm and tired from a long flight.)

Very convenient. Right across the car rental (walkable) and a short ride to the airport. Free shuttle 24/7 and a breakfast to go if your flight is before their opening time. 👍

The breakfast menu was fresh but somewhat repetitive. The staff were lovely. We'd have appreciated an extra place setting in the apartment and an extra pot and a dishcloth.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. Hotel staff helped us engage a ride to Là Paz Waterfall garden, where we spent the day. Our ride/guide was extremely helpful, but if he had been busy we might have been out of luck. Might be better to have a car when staying here.
