Staff was friendly, room was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we had issues with shuttle from the airport and room service was not great. Incorrect order delivered with cold food

Very clean rooms. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast! Only thing, it's a bit difficult taking to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, so I would suggest an elevator would be nice if you are planning some renovations. Thanks for a wonderful staý!

Hotel staff helped us engage a ride to Là Paz Waterfall garden, where we spent the day. Our ride/guide was extremely helpful, but if he had been busy we might have been out of luck. Might be better to have a car when staying here.
