“I complained twice about a extremely noisy air conditioning unit in the room next to me. Nothing was done. I request to change room but front desk said they would solve the problem. Nothing happened.”

“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”

“No , pull out bed for my child even though it was the sole reason I booked here. When I spoke to customer service they informed me the website lies all the times, also elevator was faulty but a notice was posted that it was functional but finicky. My family and I got stuck for half an hour and had to be rescued by the local fire department. Not the best experience”
