La bouteille de savon corporel dans la douche était vide à mon arrivée, il y avait aucun savon à main . Les serviettes avaient une odeurs de gras . La baignoire coulait lors qu’on fermait l’eau , la toilette lorsqu’on tirait la chasse faisait un bruit terrible pour au moins 10 à 15 min après avoir tiré la chasse. L’air climatisé était tellement bruyante qu’on a dû la fermer pour entendre la télé. Je n’y retournerai pas

Very poor communication there’s no staff it’s a self serve hotel got stranded outside trying to get in to the parking for an hour no staff answered the phone to clarifying how to enter the parking and provide me with the right code as everything is with codes and digital self check ins I don’t really know what service I paid for really room service cleaning are only available in the afternoon lol overpriced for the location as it’s a Main Street of chaotic living environment of junkies and homelessness unsafe at all. Overall experience horrible I’m in hotels every week for business purposes and that experience was definitely the worse I was late for work such and inconvenience
