Room was terrible and small for the price that we paid !

We debated staying at the Fairmont, but I’m so glad we chose to stay here instead! The hotel is in an amazing location — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and convenient. We loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it felt more personal, and it was so easy to pop back up to our room whenever we wanted. The hotel was extremely clean, and we absolutely loved the layout of our room. It was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. We also stayed with our two dogs, and the hotel went above and beyond to make them feel welcome. Our room had a dog bed, bowls, a little bow tie, and even homemade dog treats! 🐾 It was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel like our dogs were genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Quebec!

Highly recommend this property! We stayed for 4 nights, and it was the absolute perfect home base for our trip. It features a great location in Lower Old Quebec, leaving us within easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, pubs, and everything that Old Quebec has to offer. Having a full kitchen and a dedicated living room was perfect for chilling out and relaxing both before and after our daily adventures around the city. A wonderful bonus was the small rooftop patio which offered beautiful views of the city and the St. Lawrence River. Logistics were also incredibly easy, as parking was located conveniently nearby and we were able to book and pay for it ($18 a day) directly through Hotels.com. If you are looking for comfort, convenience, and spectacular views, this is the place to stay!
