This 70 m² accommodation is comfortable and newly built, with views of the swimming pool. It has a lift, garden furniture, terrace, ironing board, internet access (wifi), children's area, air conditioning, communal and children's swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, and 1 television. The independent kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water pressure and juicer.

Tourist tax not included in the price. Payment will be requested prior to arrival.



A deposit of €320 with a credit card will also be required. Refundable 7 days after departure.



Mandatory to complete online check-in before arrival in order to collect the accommodation keys.



Internet/Wifi: It is only available if expressly indicated in the accommodation description. Internet connection via WIFI is a service that the company offers free of charge for actions that consume a not very high amount of data. This service has not been taken into account when setting the reservation price, so it will not be possible to claim due to speed problems or lack of connection.
