The Hotel was in very good shape and our room (2 bedroom Penthouse) was very nicely appointed and stocked.
The Pool furniture is not the standard I would expect from a Hotel of this calibre.
Room service being done via a scan and then sending a text is crazy. Sorry, but I am old school and like to see a printed menu and speak to a live person.
Room service and pool staff not well trained. The nice young man brought our room service and basically put the tray on the table and left . In world class Hotels this would include setting the table and taking away the tray.
Pool staff ddi not allow us to bring our wine from the room to our chars, yet they were serving drinks by the pool. Simple remedy is to inform the guest and offer to decant the drinks into a plastic glass.
