"We’ve stayed here before and so long as you don’t accept Apt 1A, it’s great. 1A is overlooked by the café, has no balcony and has floor cleaning equipment right next to the bed. One word of caution - there is no longer any physical presence in the building so you must have a charged phone to get door codes etc. "

Both times there was nobody there upon our arrival, and since the hotel is NOT MARKED you cannot quite tell if you are in the right place.
