“We used this rental as a half-way point to and from our vacation destination. We were pulling a cargo trailer so it was nice to have a place that was large enough to park our rig and where we felt it was safe. Added bonus was that we were only 5 min from the Interstate but out in the country away from crowds surrounded by nature and peace and quiet. It is a bit challenging with a long rig to get in and out of the driveway but the owner has an alternative parking area that worked much better. The……

“Our room ended up having bed bugs. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he said “I’ll have a manager contact you after an investigation. You probably brought them from home.” Wouldn’t give me the managers number, and couldn’t, and wouldn’t discuss anything else. Very disappointed in this property. I travel quite often for work, and frequent Holiday Inn. I absolutely will not be returning to a HI in the future. ”

“Breakfast was not a buffet - just a glorified continental with a waffle maker. The door locks didn’t work and had to be replaced (still didn’t work with the card keys even after it was replaced). The shower leaked the entire time we were there. Location was near a train track so don’t expect much sleep without earplugs. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors using the restroom often. And the bed frame sounded like a file cabinet when you rolled over. There were light……
