“We enjoyed our stay in our cozy room number 2 with an amazing view! After a short walk from the train station, we turned onto the passageway that led to the property. The passageway had 86 stone steps up to the property and then a metal staircase with 26 steps to our room. It was a workout to carry out luggage up the stairs, but the view was worth it! “we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping,robes,and bidet. none at the property.
i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange.
there is no one to greet you at the prpty. there is no way to get in.there is a #……
