was a wonderful stay loved Montarossa people very friendly and staff at our hotel excellent
Nice outdoor sitting areas for breakfast and bar in lobby. I would stay here again. Nice location and stairs are not that bad as others have said
Cristina was an amazing host and helped me get both to and from the station in Monterosso which is a bit of a hike from the rooms. She also kindly helped me find an adaptor which I had forgotten and was generally terrific. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the lighting for the stairs is ...
It was a pleasant enough stay. The only difficult thing was we had to check in at a different hotel, walk to our 'door' -- which was close, but we had to haul our heavy suitcases up a huge, steep flight of stairs. And the stairs had no handrail. Getting them down was even trickier. The room was clean ...
ood location, close to restaurants and train station, appreciated having elevator and air conditioning and used both even during our late October stay. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding....I had expected more from a 4 star hotel.
Good location - convenient to everything but off main street so quiet. Also not hilly (in Cinque Terre you may be lugging your stuff up a steep hill to your lodging). Some rooms have sea views. Everything was fine and the staff was very friendly. I would describe it as perfectly adequate.
