“What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.”

“This stay exceeded our expectations and was perfectly located in the lively town of Levanto. During our short stay, we were able to easily reach the train station to visit the other towns and explore/hike. The apt is in the perfect town for those who want to explore or just stay put, we had a lot of fun in the city center they had a live band with many restaurants open late as well as dancing in the square. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we had enough time to spend a day on the beach……

“The longer we stayed the more we liked the place. It had a funny smell, probably humidity and being closed up. Opening the windows made a big difference. Excellent shower pressure. The living room- hall was crooked-slanted. Building must of settled? AC was great and beds were very comfortable. Washing machine and clothes line worked out great for us. Host communicated well throughout our stay. Thank you!”

“Three and a half stars. "This will do." The location is nice - Ten minute walk from a swimmable public beach, close to an enjoyable downtown, nice restaurants. Quiet street, not entirely quiet neighbors. This property is a condo in an rather old apartment building, but the actual rooms are as shown ( though probably three years newer and color adjusted ). There seems to be nobody nearby to assist or do repair and maintenance regularly. So small things like a shower wand that leaks a small……
