About the Space
The open main living space invites you in with high, white wood beam ceilings and the tasteful decor creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make enjoying meals together a breeze. Whether you are having a family dinner at the dining table or sipping coffee at the island, you are enveloped in natural light that streams into the kitchen and living room.

Bask in the natural light of the master bedroom and sink into the king bed for an afternoon nap after a morning at the beach. This room is equipped with a flat screen TV, closet space, and gorgeous hillside views. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed and a flat screen TV, ideal for unwinding in the evening. Enjoy private access to the deck as well as an en suite bathroom and shower. This property can accommodate four adults comfortably in beds with an air mattress available for up to two more guests. A starter pack of household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is provided for your stay.

The private outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Fire up the BBQ grill and cook some burgers to bring with you to the beach or sit around the firepit and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the mountain as the sun sets and the twinkling lights of the city come into view.

San Clemente is known for its year-round perfect weather, averaging 310 sunny days a year. This Spanish Village by the Sea has pristine beaches and abundant dining and entertainment options. From this property you are a short walk to the sand. Beach access is located 10 houses down at the stair trail down to the sand. Downtown Del Mar shopping and dining are just a 5 minute drive away and the San Clemente Pier is a picturesque oceanfront walk, just a mile away down the beach trail.

Down the hill you can catch the free San Clemente trolly to easily access bike rentals, golf cart rentals, movie theaters, outlet shopping, and more around town. The Ole Hansen Beach Club and The Casino San Clemente wedding venues are within walking distance of the property. Feel like venturing out? The city is perfectly located in between San Diego and Los Angeles and only 35 miles away from Disneyland.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect to our neighbors, we do not allow parties, loud music, or motorcycles. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am per city ordinance.
