He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. My stay ended a day early because no electricity for 15b hours, had to move to another hotel. I don't blame the hotel, but if this is a frequent problem they need to invest in a generator.
