Pros: Loved the view from our room and the path by the water
Location: Easy to get to The City with the shuttle and then BART from the airport
We stayed four days, lounge food was good, but wanted yoghurt at the Starbuck's

nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Concierge not know there are 3 car rental places colse by and told us to go to airport. 1 hr later we were back acrosss street at Van Rental!!! 😡
Satisfactory but concierge could be more knowledgeable.

Dirty socks on the floor

Pros: I love the views from the lobby. You can watch planes land and depart from the runway nearby. The front desk staff are great but the service in the lobby bar was poor. I ordered an Irish coffee and waited half an hour before being served it in a regular coffee mug with cream on the side.
Cons: When we walked into our room and found a pair of dirty socks in the corner, we knew the cleaning was less than thorough. The next day when I bent to pick up a pen I dropped on the floor I saw a few spilled M&Ms under the bed. Yuck!
Location: It's located very close to the airport and a 30 minute Uber ride to the wharf where there's lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions.

One stop shop!

Location: Airport
Nice place, great people and easy access to airport. Restaurant and bar was great and had a nice Bay Area view. The airport noise wasn't noticed at all, which you would expect being that close to the runway.

Pros: It's great view from the bay but it still little noise from airport.
Cons: Great location with nice view ! The hotel is pretty clean and shower is very nice but the staff service is okay.

Room was quiet, clean and spacious.

Location: Airport is very close and some nice restaurants.
Best part of my stay was the twenty-four hour shuttle and the Starbucks. Staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.

Beautiful surroundings. Great food.

Location: The hotel is located near the airport and sits close to the bay. It appears that the planes are landing on water and the view is magnificent.
The only problem I had with my stay was that my son was experiencing a mental health problem, and he was barred from the hotel. He was trying to extend his stay and pay for his room, but his credit card was denied. Rather than explain the situation to me, they removed him from the hotel, causing me stress and anxiety for his well being. I would have gladly paid for his room if I had been notified of the circumstances. Overall, my stay there was pleasant despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Close to airport

Room had no refrigerator, only one regular coffee packet in room, and it was hard to regulate temperature in room. The free airport transportation was an overfill bus that took forever to get to the international airport after numerous stops with people getting off and on.
