Beautiful of ~ 1-acre estate property in the middle of Cambrian/Almaden Valley, perfect for family groups, friends, who want to share time together with ample space to retreat into privacy. There are total of 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths in 2 Units A & B. Single story Unit A comes with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, sleeping up to 14. Unit B comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that can sleep up to 8. Two huge living rooms, 2 full kitchens & outdoor patios. Less than 2 miles from HW 85 and 87.

Great two home compound for large groups

Fabulous/outstanding
Everything fell into place for this property. Unfortunately, we lost both of our parents within a week and a half from each other. We were all struggling to figure out how we can stay together as a family this property was everything and better it fit all of us and we were able to enjoy each other’s time all together with both houses accommodations were fabulous but definitely stay again. Perfect place for a large get together!!
We hosted sixteen friends and family and loved the house! Very clean and modern. Easy check out process and very responsive host! The wifi didn't work in unit A; however, that didn't impact our stay. We loved making s'mores on the fire too! Two kitchens allowed us to host a cupcake baking contest with two teams. Would stay again!

Wedding weekend
It was a very nice clean house. My entire family loved it and we all slept comfortably. It had all the necessities plus more. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Susan was a great host and she was very helpful at all times.

Funfilled Get away
The homes were perfect for our large group. Plenty of beds and the host was very accommodating. It was nice that their were two homes on a nice large property and no neighbors. It was close to a main road, but the traffic noise didnt affect our sleep. In the evening we all gathered in the courtyard for some karaoke and dancing and then enjoyed the firepit once the sun went down. I would definitely recommend this property for your large group. Wonderful experience
About 16 of our family members came from various parts of the world for a wedding and stayed here for 5 days. We used this place for small pre-wedding events. Excellent location, enjoyed spending time both inside and outside in the yard. Gazebo area is very beautiful and it is most pictured place. Inside the house everything is well organized and the host Susan is very responsive. Everyone had wonderful memories and we keep talking about it. Thanks Susan for your hospitality.

We had a family wedding in Saratoga and wanted a place where 15 of us could stay together. This was a great place! Having the 2 houses and plenty of parking was perfect! Susan was wonderful to work with and very helpful!

Perfect stay for a youth group retreat
The host, Susan, was very communicative and helpful before and during our trip. The house was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious enough for a group of 24 because there were 2 units right next to each other. Kitchen was fully stocked with pantry items and fridge was stocked with bottled water and sodas which we appreciated a lot. Although the house is located right next to the expressway, we had no problem sleeping at night and didn't hear any noise as I personally slept in a unit further away from the street. Susan even prepared extra blankets and sleeping bags for our youth group just in case. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to others who is looking for a stay for a large group of people.

Perfect for our family!
This home was perfect for us. We needed a large space for 20 family members to stay, very last minute. Susan’s home was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchens were spacious and fully stocked, the beds and sofa beds were very comfortable and the Wi-Fi and all amenities worked very well. The homes were very clean and the modern design was very pleasing. Susan was very quick to respond when I had questions and very kind to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs to host 15 - 24 people and would stay again the next time my family is in town!
