Great area, perfect for one night. Elevators didn’t work when we stayed. Pool was very clean. Had to pay $10 for parking.

Sliding glass shower door was broken/stuck. Hot water wasn’t that hot when showering at night. Was better in the morning. Kids screaming. Since I booked the room on Expedia they wouldn’t give me any money back on the room. If I would have paid directly through them and not Expedia they would have discounted the room. Manager did waive my parking fee and my candy bar I charged to my room.

I chose this location for convenience to get to an early flight. Free shuttle was advertised and not available. Paid an extra 45 dollars to get 2 miles to the airport. Also, they put me on 5th floor with broken elevator.

I was really disappointed in this property. When we arrived, one of the elevators was down, and by the following morning, both elevators were down. We were forced to carry our luggage down the stairwells. Also, the breakfast was among the worst I’ve ever had in a motel like this. In addition, it seems that the owners probably shopped at Costco to stock their sundry items down in the lobby. They only had Coke and bottled water from Costco. There was virtually no food or other options. It’s easy to tell that the people running this hotel do not have a hospitality background.

The noise is not in the hotel itself but its coming from the super 8 hotel beside it. It was just unfortunate that our room was immediately beside the super 8 hotel and there was an alarm sounding off on 2 consecutive times very early in the morning. But other than that the overall experience was great
