The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The parking area felt safe, and the hotel has nice amenities, including a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good, with eggs and meat options. I also appreciated having water and coffee available in the hall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they recommended a nearby taqueria within walking distance, which was very convenient. Small touches, like providing a makeup remover wipe, were also appreciated. Overall, a very convenient, quiet, and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Shuttle from the airport on our first night was poor in that the driver would not so much as open the door of the van let alone assist with bags. Interestingly on our second stay no driver showed up for work for the AM shuttle that we had reserved for730AM. Amazingly though the staff had a taxi ready for us at the appointed time. Nice work.

Room was clean and beds were fine. Shower was also okay. Property overall was dated with some minor damage. The worst was the air conditioner was extremely loud with a constant clicking sound every time it ran. Also the rooms and lobby had a distinct unpleasant smell. Overall it was fine for a quick stay before an early flight, but likely wouldn’t stay again.

I didn’t spend much time during the days at the hotel but I can report that the bed was very compfy. The shower and amenities were solid. It was a fairly reasonable place pricewise and very well located for the airport.

The bed was comfy and it was quiet. Breakfast was good every day. The staff at check in kept telling me I could not stay for the several 2 week visits that I had booked. So very stressful. Another manager, "P" kept telling me I hadn’t paid my bill and threatened to throw me out. I explained that they pre authorized the charges, but again he persisted. Then they kept taking $$$$ out of my account and then would immediately refund it. This happened three days in a row. I canceled the rest of my stays and will be staying at the elsewhere for two week stays through next year. I have never experienced the what they put me through. I’m done with them! Do not stay here!!!
