The check-in process was a breeze! The staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. They were so accommodating when an unexpected situation arose with our room. It was a relief to know they were there to sort things out quickly and efficiently. This is my second stay here. This room wasn't as nice, as the last 2nd floor room that they put me in...it seemed outdated as compared to the other. And upon walking in, a mildew/musty odor was present. But it was tolerable. Thankfully the windows open and I was able to let in the fresh downtown SJ air 😉. Overall, the room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good, with an adequate variety of choices. I will stay here again, as it's the best I've found in the area at this price range. The staff are friendly and it's close to the airport parking lot I use.

They have an incredible free breakfast every morning! Full of variety, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy! Yogurt with granola, fruit, whip cream. As well as a variety of bread, mini muffins, bagels and English muffins. The location is fantastic! Very central while feeling extremely secure and safe! Very helpful staff! This will be our go to place whenever we travel to San Jose!

The room was a generous size and the bedding was comfortable. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The pool area was nice and the open air atrium was inviting. We appreciated the ample continental breakfast and the convenient location near the airport and not far from restaurants. It was a great place to end our vacation.
