Everything was absolutely wonderful! It was a dream getaway for my girlfriend and I and the Signia San jose really came through in every way. Staff were friendly, helpful, and best of all FUN! Our room was immaculate and I slept soundly on that wonderful bed. Will be looking at the staycation rates and hopefully there will be even more vegetarian-friendly items on the menus. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Awful reception service
Although the location and the room were good. The reception service was awful, we arrived at midnight to spend 1 night. We parked close to the hotel and dragged our bags to the hotel backdoor which we didn't know it looked too big, the door didnt open while we see someone sitting behind on the reception that didnt pay attention to us, we gave them a call and they refused to open it so we had to drag our bags all around the building in middle of the night just to get to the main door of the hotel. Good side they extended our checkout to 1pm.

Ok but not 5 stars
The hotel is ok but not a 5 star hotel. Basic things were missing - no kleenex tissues in the bathroom, basic furnishings, two basic towels, view of the adjacent building, etc. One more note - the thick area rugs scattered around the entrance and reception area make rolling bags difficult to move.
