“Amazing family stay at Junglo Resort! The kids loved being surrounded by nature, and the bungalows were clean, safe, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.
Keep up the good work guys! Again thank you for the basketball, all the coconuts, and last but not least giving us the charhol BBQ. 🙏 ”

“First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star.
The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I……

“Rooms are old and bathrooms doesn’t flush properly.
There are no other attractions around and have to go to la fortuna for any activity which is an hour drive.
The resort is good with thermal spas and pools .”

“Excellent service, beautiful views, wonderful food and plenty of activities to keep you busy for days. The staff make this place exceptional. Extremely kid friendly. We were there in high season and it never felt overcrowded. The views though. Breathtaking. Worth every penny!!! ”
