"Greatest place to stay in the area - hot springs - beautiful view - great staff - great service - the ride to the river facilities including - the horseback riding/tubing/mountain climbing was all perfect. The one thing I will say which was not as good was the evening food quality at their Sushi & Steak (two separate) restaurants. Go into town eat at Don Rufino (that place was absolutely excellent) and if you want some great brick oven pizza go to Anch'io. "

"The staff was so friendly that compensated for everything else. We had an unfortunate event on our first night with Housekeeping, and they tried to compensate us as much as possible, kindness and attention was our favorite reaction from all their personnel, from cart drivers, restaurants, SPAs, and the stars were the reception team. "Beautiful location! I have slept in jungles on 2 other continents but Arenal Oasis feels so alive and wild! It’s loud here. Not cars, or traffic but the tree frogs, howler monkeys, chirping insects, song birds. That’s sort of the point of this place, but if you need a quiet environment bring ear plugs to sleep! Wild life was everywhere- including many poisonous species. Our kids, 5 & 8 understood not to touch anything, but I would not recommending kids any younger as the jungle surrounds...

"This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT!
