She answered I don’t care about you reservation or your payment I don’t have any rooms I am not going to go back and forth and if you don’t leave I can call the police I asked to talked to a manager she said it’s no manager here today you can come back tomorrow and talk to someone this is by far is the worse customer service person I talk to ever . It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere. She did not want to give me her name but in the end she did her name is lani and I am sure you can find her name easily I arrive at 4/10/3026 at 9:30 pm This is just the beginning I am not going to let this just pass "

"The room smelled terrible and the front receptionist had told me that the cleaning lady had quit so she had to go clean the room.
