“I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.”

“Pretty nice property with beautiful yard and vintage furnitures. You can find almost everything you need during the stay. Three bedrooms with four beds which is enough for families like us(5 folks). The location is also great and convenient to go either North or South Bay Area. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.”

“The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. The space was immaculately clean—truly spotless—and felt like a luxury boutique hotel thanks to the host's thoughtful touches like provided slippers and robes. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the picture window offers a fabulous view that we loved waking up to. Plus, the location is unbeatable with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's just nearby.
