The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. "Our room and the lobby were super clean, the woman at the desk was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is minutes away from Trader Joe's, CVS, and restaurants. It's also very close to the Millbrae BART station, and they offer parking at the hotel, as well. We'll definitely stay there again!"
