"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself. "I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). "
