“We didn’t stay long. We had a reservation for two nights, but decided to move on after the first. We had booked a tour and left early in the morning, but decided not to come back and to move on to our next destination instead. “We loved our stay at Chachagua! The room was beautiful and we felt immersed in the rainforest, while relaxing in luxery accomodations. The staff was amazing, the hot springs and river slide were definite highlights. Highly recommend and would say that it's worth the drive.”

“This is the real deal! Historic property with great food, great rooms. Had a suite, very nice. We were welcomed by howler monkeys, deer and agouti (which is pleural for agouti). Nice clean pool. 4 star luxury. Stayed on our way to the airport, easy commute 45 minutes.”

“Nice small property with buildings spread around. Rooms 1-4 are in one building, but the rest looked individual. Clean, comfortable room. Bench outside on porch for seating. Dinner and breakfast were good with lots of options, and good beer selection for a small place. Very convenient to National park entrance for blue river hike.”

Kevin recommended some great areas to check out locally and Genesis did as well. Make sure to ask Genesis to make you her signature drink. It is the yummiest Jamaica drink I’ve ever had! ”
