“Reserved a double queen room but only had 2 bath towels. Requested 2 bath towels and 2 pillows at front desk. Was obliged by housekeeping but front desk person made sure to add it to my room notes. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Sink clogged and didn’t drain. Very poor lighting in room. Loud talkers on floor all night and slamming room doors at 5am.”

“The view from the lake front rooms is incredible. The property is dated, but for the price was a good value. Sits on the main road in Polson so expect some traffic noise.”

“Clean, safe and friendly staff. Located in rural Montana, but they do a great job of upkeep and the local police station is right across the street. Had a few muffins available in the lobby for breakfast. Perfect place for traveling on the road.”
