“I stayed here because I needed to fly out of the Sunport early in the morning, so I was looking for a close place that wasn't in south Albuquerque. I was travelling, and realized that I would arrive at 2pm. Check in time is 3pm. At about 9am, I called to ask if I could have an early check in (one hour early). The man I spoke with said that it would be no problem. When I arrived at 2, the woman at the front desk literally rolled her eyes and scowled at me, and told me that if I wanted to……
